Our amazing friend from our team did a social media detox with Ginger Root Society.
It sparked conversation on our team, and we decided it was the perfect topic to share in the collective.
This episode is amazing, and we hope you are inspired to be more present with your family, and realize how distracting social media can be. We talk about taking time off, and share how you can create boundaries with it if you run your business from social media.
One thing that stood out to us is realizing that distraction in life has become a FULL TIME JOB. Like people are spending up to 8+ hours a day outside of working hours on their screens. WHAT!
It was a great reminder that our phones and the people who are on our phones are not the most important thing. The people in front of you are!
One thing we love about the company we are with is that top leaders remind us to GET OFF OUR PHONES. That we do not need our work to consume us, which is such an important reminder since we are doing most of our work from our phones.
Here is a reminder to you, if you find yourself feeling yucky after scrolling social media, start learning to rock the UNFOLLOW button. You can decide who and what you see. Take that control. Create that boundary.

What we love the most about the Revive + Radiate Podcast is we start with a topic that is on our hearts, and we let the conversation flow. Today we start with Gratitude, and how it has changed our lives. How it has restored marriages, friendships, and mindset. This is an episode where we get real and raw about challenges, but also being reminded about being Gods FAVORITE.
We share about requesting colors for the sunset, and a story of how one night it was green. God showing up in the details and reminding us that he cares about the little things. When we know how loved we are we can share that love to others.
Who does God say you are? It is time to know the truth that God speaks over you!! We share another story about cutting. Even if we are not physically doing it, we cut ourselves with words.
Do you struggle with not being enough? Being unworthy? Our identity is under attack all the time. We have to protect it.
If you can, please watch the "Like a Girl Campaign" so you can understand how much we have allowed the world to tell us who we are. And know the same thing has happened to men. We have to stop letting people tell us who we are! Tear them down, and build it back up.
Sharing that we no longer have to accept words or things in our lives. That is not your fear.. give it back!
