There are still no answers in Tonetta's case, all these years later. </p><p>Tonetta Carlisle was walking home from school, as she always did, on March 16, 1989.</p><p>She never made it home.</p><p>Before authorities were even made aware of her disappearance, witnesses called 911 to report an abduction.
