<p>Anne, Heather &amp; Liz began English teaching placements in Timor Leste between 2011 and 2017, with Heather spending an additional 2 years in Kenya during this time. Our returned educators share about motivations, ways barriers were broken down, what was able to be achieved as a result of being there long-term, the positive impact of English in fueling students' dreams and realising employment opportunities.</p>
