He has a background as an investor, broadcaster, and researcher. Additionally, he holds a degree from the University of Pennsylvania, completed the Bridge Program at the Tuck School of Business, and was named a Gates Millennium Scholar through the Bill &amp Melinda Gates Foundation.Paul serves as co-chair of the Governor's Racial Justice Council on Criminal Justice Reform and Police Accountability and serves on the Governor's Reentry Council and the University of Oregon's Institutional Review Board.
