<p>Shirley Ballas is Queen of Latin Ballroom, an author and Head Judge on BBC One’s prime time show Strictly Come Dancing and is one of the most renowned dancers in the world. She is 3-time British Latin American Champion, 10-time US Latin American Champion, and multiple-times British National Champion. </p><br><p>Her spectacular dance career spans more than 40 years and in 2017 Shirley became a household name when she became head judge on our tv screens every Saturday night on Strictly. She has just released her second novel 'Dance to the Death' and spends a lot of her time in the charity sector and advocating for things that mean a lot to her. </p><br><p>In this episode Shirley dives into all things Strictly and her thoughts on fate and timing and how they have played a key role in her life- as well as her extremely hard work ethic and creating luck for herself.
