Rod's forward-thinking was the precursor&nbsp;to today's nationally successful&nbsp;Deaf West Theater which has led to the first Tony Award-winning actress in a wheelchair. Rod is an advocate&nbsp;for the ADA, a writer, producer, and currently a talented visual artist working in neon.</p>
