She has more than 25 years of experience working on health and social protection policy and programs in Latin America and elsewhere in the developing world. In our conversation we discussed the successes and lessons of COVID-19 in the developing world, discussing the impact of the pandemic, vaccines (and "vaccine hoarding"), and what can we expect now.
