Meet Deborah Binun, a psychotherapist, birth educator, and author, who conducted the first piece of detailed research worldwide on primary to phobia, the pathological fear of childbirth. She's also the author of my favorite childbirth resource ever, the Missing Peace in Childbirth, which focuses on sharing the three principles. Meet Jamie Mossay, who has been serving the San Diego community as a bodyworker and massage therapist for 20 years, specializing in pregnant families.  She's the creator of the DANCES approach to prenatal bodywork and Birthing From Within's Touch From Within course, and co-author and illustrator of the book The Breech Release:  Opening Pathways for Midwifery and Prenatal Bodywork. Her approach to birth support and her own spiritual path transformed utterly when she discovered Birthing From Within® in 2013, and started mentoring childbirth classes soon after the introductory training.
