In this episode, Gavyn and Haley chat with ⁠Aidan Bissett⁠, the 22-year-old singer-songwriter who traded in footballs for guitars and jumped into the TikTok game in 2020. Aidan shares about his early days on the app (before it became the ultimate launchpad for aspiring artists) and how he’s evolved musically with his new album, building on the success of "Planet."

But that’s not all—things get real as we explore therapy, the hunt for a good therapist, and our mental health status—spoiler alert: we’re doing our best! Aidan also takes us back to his all-boys school days, where his success didn’t always earn him high fives, and he dishes out some solid advice for new artists trying to navigate the wild world of today’s music industry. She was in the Top 8 on Season Five of The Voice, and has even written a musical with Justin Tranter and Idina Menzel called “Wild” that is now a sold out show at the American Repertory Theatre.
