Thomas Whisenhant was born in the late 19040’s, and died on deaths row in 2010. Throughout his life, he spent his life mutilating and murdering young women, as he suffered from temporal insanity from the actions of his over endearing mother and neglectful father, and would not be until several years later thanks to the testimony of his sister that he was put behind bars.
