Still, his latest work occurs in Southern California, where he helps multifamily owners buy and sell properties. And at age 28, with just six years in the business, Taylor has amassed over 300 million dollars in sales. He founded Group CRE and recently joined forces with Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate. Simply put, Avakian is a force regarding Southern Cal properties.So how did he do it?
