This week: Judge Ho dismissed the bribery and fraud charges against Mayor Eric Adams. Some courts have decided whether Trump’s January 6th pardons can apply to non-storming the Capitol charges and crimes. Glenn Wilcox and Cathy Harris get a ruling on whether they will be reinstated to the National Labor Relations Board and the Merit Systems Protection Board, respectively. The Wisconsin Supreme Court election has been the most expensive judicial race in history. On top of the $17 million Musk put into the campaign, he gave away at least $2 million to voters. (And he failed to buy it!) Pardoned January 6th insurrectionist, Daniel Dale, argues that his pardon should apply to child pornography charges, too. Another January Sixer gets pardoned after having only received clemency. Plus Mayor Eric Adams is in a hurry to get Judge Ho to dismiss his case.
