<p>A lot of people get mistaken and think that they have to spend hours and hours in the gym, performing bodypart splits, and spending an entire training session dedicated to their arms.
While doing a whole hour of biceps may be fun, its probably not the most efficient way of making sure you get decent training done with the time you have spare.
