This is one hell of a ride with a great ensemble cast that can easily rival any other Marvel film to date, with not only a great group of misfits and oddballs that we call our heroes but an exciting and fearsome tyrant that must be stopped. This film has it all, from a great cast to a compelling story and character arcs that just work, we love GOTG and the willy funny and emotional journey it takes us on. With the Guardians come together and work as a team? Will Ronan The Accuser get to purge the universe? Will The Collector manage to do all of his collecting? Will Starlord ever remember the name of the Xandarian girl he hooked up with? Will Nebula ever like her sister? Will we ever actually know what Groot is saying? This week on the pod we talk about Captain America: The Winter Soldier  We could not wait to talk about this entry into the MCU as it is by far one of the best films to date that Marvel has given us and to be honest a best film of all time in cinema history, if you disagree then just get out of here you no good hydra sympathiser! From action to drama to romance to spy thriller we see it all, with Steve becoming best mate with a dude just by saying on your left as he laps him several times, to then having to stop Hydra from taking over shield whilst being hunted by an assassin even the Black Widow is scared of! This week on the pod we talk about Thor: The Dark World!  Oh boy, what can we say about this? I mean some people love this film some people would say it is the worst film in the MCU to date! We follow a dark elf by the name of Malekith, who wants to plunge the 9 realms into darkness, but can Thor, Loki, The Warriors 3 and Lady Sif, oh yeah and Jane Foster, Eric Selvig, Darcy and new comer Ian all come together to save Earth, Asgard and everything they love? There are so many character in this films its just a bit too much to follow! We do however have some questions, like: Why does Malekith wants to plunge the 9 realms into darkness? Why was his character so downplayed? Why is Ian even in this film, don't we already have Darcy as the comic relief? Why is Eric now acting like a loony? Can Natalie Portman get any more wooden?
