<p>We are very pleased to share with you a special Bonus Episode for Season 5 with the talented Charlotte Tindle, Talent Acquisition queen. </p><br><p>Charlotte is most known her role as part of the Talent Acquisition team at <a href="https://www.sonymusic.co.uk/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Sony Music</a>! </p><br><p>In her role Charlotte is blessed with the opportunity to able to shape the music industry by recruiting new creative professionals into all areas of a major label from Audience Development to Finance. Charlotte has a wealth of experience within music and speaks through her career journey from her time at <a href="https://www.bimm.university/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">BIMM University</a> studying Music Production and freelancing in location and studio recordings after graduating.</p><br><p>Charlotte began working in recruitment for various industries whilst perusing her love of music through an internship in the promotions team at <a href="https://hospitalrecords.com/shop" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Hospital Records</a> and later landing her role at Sony Music. Proving that non-music experience counts as well! </p><br><p>As a member of Talent Acquisition team, Charlotte has a tonne of advice to share with those beginning their career in the music business.
