This is a quick guided body scan meditation, which is great for anyone currently experiencing anxiety, as it helps to pull you back into the present moment, and take you away from your worries for a short period of time. I really enjoy body scan meditations as it allows us to fully tune into our physical body, becoming aware of any sensations, tension, or pain that may be present in the body, which we often don’t even notice as we are normally too distracted.
