Over the weekend, an agent from the U.S. agency ICE shot and killed a nurse at a hospital in the city of Minneapolis. It is the second time this month that an ICE agent has killed a Minneapolis resident, causing significant public outcry and raising questions about how and why this government agency is killing U.S. citizens on the street in broad daylight.
