<p>Ryan walks through 15 Tips to be successful in the Training Pipeline (or any goals you have) - provided by those who have already graduated a Special Warfare Pipeline, as well as some CONES currently in the Pipeline. From failure comes clarity… use it to push yourself harder and succeed.</strong></p><p><strong>3. Have courage for the long haul... it’s a marathon not a sprint</strong></p><p><strong>4. Don’t get injured!</strong></p><p><strong>5. Don’t over train – especially on Rucks … Allow proper Recovery Time</strong></p><p><strong>6. Ice bath if possible</strong></p><p><strong>7. Its Individual Achievement, with Team Support. Follow Instructions and WORK</strong></p><p><strong>8. Focus on being the best teammate, not the best performer. Do study groups so your team rises together.</strong></p><p><strong>9. Do your research, know what you’re getting into and enjoy every moment because you prepared.</strong></p><p><strong>10. Get in to AFSW chats, groups, or communities in order to start connecting with others with similar goals.</strong></p><p><strong>11. When it gets hard, just tell yourself to make it to the next meal.</strong></p><p><strong>12. Focus what’s in front of you, not the future</strong></p><p><strong>13. Go in having a WHY … You joined for a purpose … never forget it and use it to fuel your morale on rough days.</strong></p><p><strong>14. Be coachable and remember that the job is worth it</strong></p><p><strong>15.
