Today, we cooked up a fabulous meal with a beef heart! Whole animal utilization and playing up our proteins is something we are very passionate about and today we knocked it out of the park! Well, KC knocked it out of the park. She did a lot of homework on this beef heart and the result was amazing! Tune in to listen how it was done! Hannah is a huge advocate for local agriculture and is passionate about helping farmers and ranchers reach their goals and blossom. She was a voting member on the Board of Directors of the San Diego County Farm Bureau for two years, and represented the SDCFB in both Sacramento and Washington D.C.
