Pebble Moments

Swans, autumn leaves, sketching from life. I am living in Berlin now, and let's try to make the most of it.

This past week my years-old dream was actualized in a Polish cafe in Berlin. The wind had stolen it years ago, but the wind has returned it to my lap.

For the past 3 months, I have lived the dream: filming a documentary about a monkey rescue center. Now, my prior obligations have taken me from the jungle I have come to love. In the midst of transition, this episode captures my first attempts to digest the experience I just had and transform it into lessons for my unknown future.

Academics are tough, and I stress. Here is me attempting to destress.

I am here again, but I may also fade away again. I simply enjoy the presence of the moment whenever those moments present themselves.

This moment takes place in Patagonia, walking along lake Argentino. I take you to hopping rocks along a solo walk where I felt comfortable being alone for the first time in quite some time. Maybe I am evolving. Maybe I am recentering on self.
