<p>Celebrating life, perspective, and humanity is usually the short version of how I explain this podcast. However, the roots of the podcast run deep. Today I unpack much of what brought me to the point of finally creating and publishing Kate Had Me Meet. The road wasn't easy, but it was needed.&nbsp;</p> <p><br> The birth of our daughter Verabeth, devastating depression/anxiety, and a cancer diagnosis all happened within a seven month period in 2018-2019. It was amazing to discover how I reacted when forced to suddenly fight for my life. It was all very unexpected.&nbsp;</p> <p>Thank you for listening.
