<p>This has been the most difficult year I’ve ever had, and I gotta say, EMDR therapy saved my life. I’ve wanted to do EMDR for many years to resolve ptsd from SA, but was always on tour, and no therapist thought it would be safe, to start until I had a few consecutive months off. I started this therapy in March, and am genuinely an entirely new person today. It guided me to the root of my trauma and helped me process it, mentally and physically. It profoundly, and deeply transformed me, and allowed me to learn to love, forgive, and trust myself. If you have trauma or ptsd, I cannot suggest anything more!!
