How do you find freedom beyond what happened?  Trauma affects our world, our responses, how we relate to each other, and how we see ourselves.  It’s time to get to know who you are and what motivates you.  As Laumee says, “It’s time to be as weird as you are and be ok with it.” Start by paying attention to what brings you joy and curiosity.
