<p><strong>Kingsley Moghalu</strong>, the newly minted head of the newly minted <strong>African School of Governance</strong>, presents his super impressive backstory with pride, with the conviction of a man who believes he is walking his destiny and manifesting the strategy he (and his much-revered father) laid out.
