Broken Arrow scenarios are to be reported directly to management for proper documentation as any unexpected event involving nuclear weapons that result in the accidental launching, firing, detonating, theft, or loss of the weapon may prove fatal.
Should one or more members of the crew be unable to perform their duties due to physical or mental injury, the N.O.V.A. system will act on their behalf in their best interests.
