Today we are joined by Olympic Gold Medalist and founder of the Female Athlete Project, Chloe Dalton. This discussion is centered around the landscape of women in sport, where it stands and what needs to be done. “If the share of women's sports media coverage continues to grow at the current rate (1% per year) there won't be gender equal coverage until 2048”Chloe was not prepared to wait, so she launched “The Female Athlete Project” spotlighting the stories and achievements of women in sport. With exponential growth since it started, the need is there. 

They further explore the barriers to equality within women's sport and what we are going to do about it!
