This weeks episode focus’s on the Complainants and their stories. This Podcast is an analysis of the Jian Ghomeshi trial and the formative events leading up to and following the trial. The intention of this podcast is not to re-victimize the complainants, but rather to provide an insight into Canada’s criminal justice system and the role that this trial played within it.
