LivwRiv (Live With Riv) on Riv's Rivers of Life's Musings & Meditations

Life is not a race with self, or a race with others. It is simply a process & flow with deep internal work. Performance Enhancement can come from within, while supporting ourselves with healthy people, activities and outlets outside of ourselves. Comparison is the thief of joy; but looking to others to feel inspired, motivated and encouraged to forge ahead can be wholesome at times. Tune into your own unique Tone. This is your journey. Your Race. Your Space. Your Pace. Let's reflect together as we herald in the rising new moon and prepare ourselves for the Jewish New Year of 5782 with the wise voices and insights of Raizel Druxman and others. To help us in our personal Olympics, @livwriv is offering a 15% discount on all services when you book any session from Today until Monday, 30 August 2021 @ www.livwriv.com

Living boldly and asserting self does not need to be at the expense of another. It is possible to be kind and compassionate to another while not compromising self & honouring one's personal truth. Balancing the consideration of Self, together with the considerations/feelings of Another requires a lifetime of work & practice, but that is the beauty of being human in this lifetime together. To explore any of these topics in more depth in a customized session with Riv @livwriv, please book via our website: www.livwriv.com

Our real power lies in determining who has access to our energy...So when I honour and respect my own borders/boundaries, and then assert them confidently for another, I am further empowered to live my life and continue showing up with integrity and healthy balance. If you are struggling with creating healthy boundaries, feel free to book a session at www.livwriv.com for customized support. Happy Listening! Riv

A Special Guest Episode Conversation where Riv and Sis Sara discuss how we find harmony within extremes. True Harmony & Equilibrium are achieved through the holding and embracing of seemingly two opposite dichotomous paradoxical themes. It is in the extreme temperatures and on the extreme terrain that we experience ultimate beauty and balance. The Summer/Winter Solstices remind us that the organic flow of all things human and natural is to encounter extremes on a daily basis, and through the accepting of those extremes, we can ultimately achieve our personal unique harmony, while rising to become our highest selves - evolving, renewing & progressing lightyears and beyond. Mirroring and reflecting through looking into our Mirrors of Life both literally & figuratively can be viewed as arrogant, vain & self absorbed; yet conversely, can be an expression of taking stock, assessing personal growth & evolution, and being responsible & accountable for the behaviours that we model on a daily basis. In this week's episode we discuss one of @livwriv client case studies to understand by way of example how some of the concepts of the unhealthy paradigms of Mirroring & Reflecting can manifest in daily practice in the workplace. Embracing our human experience, as works in progress & process, involves looking into the mirror bravely and vulnerably on a regular basis.
