Captain Jay catches up with his big sister Robin Barnes. They discuss everything from their family history and how being a small town girl with a great entrepreneurial bond to the man in her family drove her direction in life. She shares how disease and death in the family had a role in her becoming a combat medic and sergeant first class in the Army. Robin also shares about her life changing 6 months to live diagnosis that propelled her into a new career and a second chance at life. Her passion has driven into a career move and this is a similar story that Captain Jay shares as well with his life and full time career.

Then Captain Jay welcomes his second guest, “The Boss” or the “most important cog in the wheel” Mrs. Michele "Shelley" Barnes. Shelley is the main driving force behind the Captain and his business.
