We often neglect this part of our lives thinking that others will fulfil the need for love. When in actual fact, we ourselves are guilty of not showing up for ourselves, showing up for yourself is very nurturing for your soul. It doesn't need to be something major that you do. But the goal is to show up as you and show yourself LOVE
