From Doom To Bloom

This series is on Autism and Mental Health. This episode tells you how to make clumsiness, forgetfulness and pressure your friend.

This episode will finally tell you how you can achieve anything you want. GO FOR IT!

In this episode I finally teach the "Shoot The Trauma In The Woods Therapy" and help you to regain your control of your life or to help someone else to regain control of their life.

This is a continuation from the previous episode and is my life's story and an introduction to how you can help yourself or help others. The episodes that will follow on from the first two episodes are primarily focused on how you can help yourself or help others who are having difficulties with obtrusive thoughts from past traumas. As well as focussing on self development and getting your life back on track or on track in the first place; whatever the case may be. NOTE: This is primarily for people on the spectrum but a lot of this will help anyone wishing to achieve ANYTHING!

This is going to be a full series, on Autism and Mental Health. How you can help yourself or someone you know. This series is mainly covering Trauma and self growth and discovery.
