It's a state of mind that's busy, where you're mentally in the past, worried about the future and not in the present, with overthinking about feeling SAFE. &nbsp;It can lead to loneliness, feeling isolated, and may come with depression symptoms.&nbsp;</p> <p>Tips for dealing include:</p> <p>1) Allow yourself to feel the feelings. Find the environment you need to do this, perhaps with a loved one or a health professional.</p> <p>2) Use it to connect with others feeling the same way, and if you can't find a way out of it then use it to serve mankind.</p> <p>3) Remember you are not alone.</p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p>
