Over the past 7+ years, she has diligently worked to overcome deep and painful trauma stemming from a childhood of violence, abuse and addiction. Through a rigorous journey of personal development, she has achieved a whatever it takes attitude and mindset that has led her to a path of wholistic healing and recovery. Abby celebrates being a wife, mother, entrepreneur and influencer. Successfully enjoying a career in nursing for 15 years and is now pursuing her passion of truly making an impact in her community and beyond.
