In this chapter we get to learn how important KNOWING YOURSELF, building a healthy Self-esteem (or Self-worth) is and how it helps you build a healthy relationship. We will get to Learn about: 1. The Two lies that sabotage Relationships: "I Need This Person to Be Complete." And "If This Person Needs Me, I Will Be Complete." 2. How To Become Whole... But in this particular episode will be deal with the two lies that sabotage Relationships 😁

In this episode, we took a journey through the INTRODUCTION of our first book, "Relationship" by Les and Leslie Parott with the topic, "Our Longing For Belonging." Where we got to learn our most important need as humans: the need to be loved, accepted, enjoyed etc and how important these need needs to be met. LISTEN!!!😁
