<p>This episode is about a person named Lal Bihari (Mritak) from Azamgarh, Uttarpradesh. He was officially declared as DEAD. His uncle had bribed an official to register his nephew as dead, so that he would get the ownership of Bihari's ancestral land. He fought with Indian Bureaucracy for 19 years to prove that he is alive. He even committed petty crimes in hope that he might get arrested and his name will come up in police registered. After struggling for more than a decade he finally won the legal battle.</p>
