Staying Sexy While Married
A lot of us don't look the same way physically when we first got married, because, well, life. Getting comfortable, ordering take out, the convenient drive-thru meal, creating life, growing a baby or babies. Stress. If we don't prioritize our well-being including our nutrition and fitness, we are neglecting ourselves and will look in the mirror wondering how we got here. On this episode, Wil and Stacy share how they support each other's fitness goals, prioritize their health and their very important reasons for doing so. We also dive into what we've learned in our fitness journey's so far. We also discuss how we would approach each other if we saw that one of us wasn't taking care of their health. While looking good and feeling confident in your own skin is encouraging, taking care of your health and fitness while married is so much more than that.
