Michaela Glendening is an HR Generalist at ARCO/Murray, specializing in onboarding, employee relations, performance management, DEI, and benefits administration. She graduated from Texas Tech University in 2019 with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing. Michaela has been actively involved with SHRM since her time at Texas Tech, where she served as President of Tech SHRM and more recently as the 2023 DallasHR Director of Student Engagement. Currently, Michaela is leading the launch of the new DallasHR Emerging Professionals program, designed to provide resources and support for HR professionals in the early stages of their careers.
