For the foundation of my project Sunflower’s Season I wanted to capture the voices of myself and 3 of my favorite girls in my life. My grandmother (teaching me how to make her famous cornbread), my mother, and you can hear my daughter in some parts. 4 Generations all at once. This day was of my grandmother’s 88th Birthday July 18, 2021 in the very same house (Milledgeville, GA) that I grew up in from birth in Before I start something that I know will be amazing, I wanted to give credit to my Queens (and Princess 😍). Without these girls, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Each has instilled many lessons within me. This episode is the voices of Myself, My Grandmother Rosa Lee, my mother Nip(Liz), and my daughter Gigi
