Welcome to my course on wholesome living. In this course we will explore what it means to live with heart from a body-mind perspective, or in other words, from a biological perspective, and what lifestyle habits and yogic tools we can adopt to successfully live with heart. I am using a three-pronged approach to the biology of living with heart, in no particular order. The three limbs that i will address in this course are Yoga and breathing which relates to the lungs and the heart Storytelling which directly impacts the brain Good food which directly impacts the gut Stimulating our biology
