Thought patterns can feel heavy. It is easier to think our way through life rather than allowing ourselves to feel. Especially if what we are feeling is uncomfortable or scary.

Water is the element which reflections emotions. Emotions are just energy in motion. As I reflect on the relationship I have with water I se the correlation between that and my relationship with emotions.
