A headless, handless, nude body with an "X" carved into his chest is found in rural New York state on March 20, 1970. As the body has no head, no hands, no identification or clothing, the case goes cold quickly and the body is laid to rest as Allegany County John Doe 1970. No "Missing Person" report was filed, ever.
