<p>I’ve been threatening to learn self defense for decades and have always come up with a reason to NOT actually start. The truth is that I was scared of getting humiliated and hurt, and found it much more comfortable to stay in the planning process to “one day” get on the mat.</p> <p>Today I welcome Robert Wunderlich to the show.
