This week I'm talking with Ashley Covelli, the blogger behind Big Flavors From A Tiny Kitchen. Ashely cooks in a tiny kitchen in real life and we talk about her strategies for being efficient in a small space. We also talk about her podcast, Passing The Plate, that she started with her friend who is a genealogy researcher where they talk about food, traditions, and the connections they create. The recipe she tells us about is a sheet pan meal that takes the idea of a traditional (and time consuming) Persian recipe from her father but makes it doable on a busy weeknight.
