This episode explores the ever socially relevant aspect of health management/health care delivery system (Pharmacy). There is a major misconception as to what the pharmacy profession entails or has to offer, alongside who exactly the pharmacist is. In this episode My friend; Isreal Adebayo (co-founder of Future Pharmacy Initiative) and I take on these big questions with our various experiences to hopefully simplify and expose the burdens we found important in this profession, especially in the Nigerian community, the actions F.P.I has taken to address some of these lapses, and the goals of F.P.I at large.
The beauty of this episode lies in the disparity of our experiences as final year students over course of our study in the faculty of pharmacy UNILAG. We also talked about self-development with respect to the pharmacy profession and how important it is to begin early and hopefully answer the ever common "what-next" question that pops up in the mind of pharmacy students and baby pharmacists alike.
