<p>One word &nbsp;- Racism. It's something that most likely everyone on the planet has at least heard about if not been affected by. It's controversial, illogical, and dividing. Like a cancer it can grow if left unchecked and unchallenged. &nbsp;In this weeks episode i give you my thoughts on this topic and share a couple of personal stories from my own life on how racism affected me.
