In this episode, Conor sits down with former Leinster, Munster and Ireland player Andrew Conway to discuss his time as a professional athlete, from his early days in Leinster, followed by a move to Munster and right onto the Irish stage. The 30-time Irish capped player speaks on the highs and lows he experienced through sport and injury while also talking through his newly launched business 5XFlow and how his time on the field has contributed to this passion.   Growing up in Dublin, Conway experienced the ideal rise in rugby, hailing from Blackrock College before heading to the Leinster academy at the age of just 18. A unique pivot at the time, Conway headed southbound to Munster. Speaking on the misconception that he went there for game time, Conway had to earn the respect of his teammates. Andrew goes on to speak on his illustrious career for both Munster and Ireland including playing in the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
