About Leila:
Leila Green is a Mum Guilt Speaker, Triplet Mama, Book Writing Coach, and Writer. After 12 years of entrepreneurship running successful publishing companies, life threw her a major curveball—three, to be precise. In 2021, after two soul-breaking miscarriages, she became pregnant with triplets naturally, changing everything.
She had to advocate for herself and her boys, pushing back against the fear of doctors during a high-risk pregnancy.
She had to dig deep to endure the trauma of having her boys in the hospital for weeks as they learned how to survive, some days better than others.
She had to confront and eliminate the mum guilt that constantly told her she wasn't good enough, that she couldn't meet all her boys' needs, and that she was letting them down. It didn't serve her, didn't make her a better mum, and certainly didn't provide her with a third arm. She had to defeat it before it defeated her.
Leila made it her mission to free as many mums as possible from their toxic relationship with mum guilt. She knows a toxic relationship when she sees one.
In early 2024, Leila held an event to find out if others were ready to break up with the guilt. The overwhelming response led her to start a movement: F*** Mum Guilt. This is a community of mothers who are saying no to being the self-sacrificing martyrs society expects them to be, no to guilt, and yes to unapologetically looking after themselves—mind, body, and soul.
