<p>We were a little hesitant about Trigun Stampede when we first heard about it. Grimm especially had some 'old bun yells at clouds' moments with the design choices and the animation style.</p>
<p>But we decided to sit down and watch it and, spoiler alert, we're both very glad we did. Released early in 2023, Trigun Stampede tells a new version of the story of Vash the Stampede, Nicholas D. Wolfwood, and Meryl Stryfe, and does a good job appealing to fans of the original, while still making it approachable for new fans and a younger audience.</p>
<p>In short, it's good. Go watch it.</p>
