I want to eat a lot of delicious food ,"said the city ant. 僕は何日間もかかって遠い所から来た。今、お腹がペコペコだよ。たくさんの美味しい物を食べたい！ ☆"I am afraid that I only have a little water and fruit ,” said the country ant. ごめんね。私は水と果物がちょっとだけあるんだけど。 ☆"In that case.... let's go to my house in the city! I have much good food to eat in my refrigerator. There are dried crickets, grasshoppers run over by cars, cockroaches hit by slippers and a mouthful of ice cream dropped accidentally by a kid,” said the city ant. そうなんだ。じゃあ、一緒に私の町の家へ行こうぜ！私の冷蔵庫にはいっぱい美味しい物があるんだよ。乾燥したコオロギや、車に引かれたバッタ、スリッパに叩かれて死んでいたゴキブリと、ある子供が不意に落としてしまった一口のアイスクリームだ。 ☆"Wait! Did you just say you have cockroaches which are very juicy and taste just like chicken? "said the county ant. ちょっと待って、さっき言ってたのは、まさか鶏肉と、とても似ているジューシなゴキブリ？ ☆" Yes, I did. The cockroaches living in our city are especially big and fat; furthermore, they all are juicy. I usually see them doing a work out by flying in the house. そうだよ。私の町に住んでるゴキブリ達は特別に太ってるし、大きいし、しかもみんながジューシーだ。ゴキブリ達は家中飛びながら、筋トレをしてるのをよく見かけてるんだ。 ☆Oh, you just reminded me of a leg of cockroach left in my refrigerator. I will leave it for you,” said the city ant. あ！そうだ！まだゴキブリの足が私の冷蔵庫に一本残ってて、それをあげようか。 ☆"I really appreciate it. Wow, I can't wait to eat them. My mouth is watering now. I have never been to the city, not even once. Please take me to your city. I would like to have an eye-opening experience,”said the county ant. ありがとう！ああ～はやくゴキブリをたべたいなあ。よだれがいっぱい出てきたよ。今まで一回も町へ行ったことがない。町へ行って目を丸くさせるような体験したいんだ。 ☆Then, the two ants hit the road and arrived at city ant's house. While going into the house, they suddenly saw a boy running over to them with his thumb and forefinger out to catch them. Little did they know, the boy wanted to put them in his blue toy car. そして、二匹の蟻さんは出発して、町の蟻さんの家に着きました。家に入ろうとした時、突然男の子が一人走ってきて、 親指と人差し指でアリたちを捕まえようとするのを目の前で見ました。ほとんど何も知らないままの二匹の蟻さん、この男の子実 は蟻たちを青いおもちゃの車に載せたかったです。 ☆The two ants were frightened to death and they hurriedly ran into a little hole in the wall. 二匹の蟻さんは死ぬほど怖かったです。足早に壁にある小さいな穴に入りこみました。 ☆"At times it's a little dangerous but there is still a lot of good food to eat in the city,”said the city ant. 偶にはちょっと危ないんだよ。でも、美味しい物がまだまだあるよ。 ☆"The city is too dangerous for me. I only have a little water and fruit, but I am happy in the country,”said the county ant. 僕にとっては、町が危ないんだよ。僕は水と果物がちょっとだけあるんだけど、やっぱり田舎のほうが楽しいな。 ☆"So soon you will be going back to the countryside.
