<p>… traditional Jamaican Breeze. Inspired by the heavy influence of Jamaican culture in the film. Today's cocktail is made by Giovanni Lubin, our guest bartender/host!</p>

<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<p>1 slice fresh ginger</p>
<p>1½ oz aged Jamaican rum (like an Appleton estates) </p>
<p>2 oz pineapple juice</p>
<p>½ oz simple syrup</p>
<p>1 dash Angostura bitters</p>
<p><em>Garnish: Lime wheel</em></p>
<p><em>Glass: Rocks</em></p>

<p><strong>Instructions:</strong></p>
<p>In a shaker muddle the ginger. Add the remaining ingredients and fill the shaker with ice. Shake, and then double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish
with a lime wheel, and serve.</p>
